RATES

Opex long distance US domestic rate is 3.9¢ per minute for Business and 4.5¢ per minute for residential accounts for all state-to-state calls (the rate may be higher in tier-B and tier-C areas). The calls are billed in 6-second increments with 18 seconds minimum per call for domestic and 30 seconds minimum for International calls.
